FANA has secured a discounted room rate at the Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek starting at $274/night, with a reduced resort fee of $27/night plus tax. 1. Exhibitor/Sponsor Shipping Forms
Please refer to the shipping instructions packet, which includes an additional Page 3 for vendors and exhibitors to complete.
Completed Page 3 must be completed and emailed to [email protected] to ensure a smooth payment and processing experience.
2. Incoming Shipments
Exhibitors and sponsors will use Page 3 of the form when sending packages.
FEDEX must receive the completed form along with payment to facilitate package handling.
If the form is not submitted, exhibitors/sponsors will need to retrieve their packages directly from the Business Center.
Exhibitors and sponsors are responsible for their own packages.
3. Outgoing/Return Shipments
Exhibitors and sponsors must visit the Business Center to arrange return shipping.
Shipping forms are available on-site and must be completed based on individual shipment needs.
For those with prepaid labels, only outbound handling fees will be charged.
For those without prepaid labels, we can create the shipment; however, a FedEx account number or Credit Card Authorization Form is required for payment of shipping and handling.
A valid payment method is required whether the items are dropped off or scheduled for pickup.
A refund less a $100 processing fee will be available for exhibit space cancellations if written notification is received by FANA Headquarters by March 5, 2026. Send email cancellation requests to [email protected]. No refunds will be available for exhibit space or sponsorships received after March 5, 2026. In the event that the program is canceled or postponed due to circumstances beyond FANA's control, we will not be responsible for any travel costs or expenses, including cancellation/change penalties assessed by airlines, travel agencies or hotels.
Please note, FANA cannot guarantee delivery of sponsored/logo items if sponsorship is not paid in full by March 5, 2026. This applies to imprinted items like tote bags and lanyards.
How many attendees does FANA anticipate?
We typically see 200–250 attendees at our in-person Sand & Surf Anesthesia Symposium. Based on past years, approximately 50% of attendees are CRNAs and 40% are RNs. While RN attendance is increasing, they made up about 10% of attendees last year.

When and in what order will I be assigned my booth?
Booth locations will be selected on a Zoom call scheduled for 2:00 p.m. ET on March 19, 2026. Attendance is required to select booth numbers. Order of selection will be made based on the date of the received contract, electrical needs, sponsorship level, and if possible, direct competitors.
What are the Rules and Regulations?

What is a "complimentary push notification" in the mobile app?
This is a text-style notification sent to all event app users. Notifications are limited to 145 characters and will be scheduled during peak exhibitor or sponsor traffic times. These messages are text-only, and the use of custom links is not recommended. Please submit your notification by March 19, 2026.

When will I receive the preliminary and final attendee list?
Preliminary attendee lists will be distributed approximately two weeks prior to the Symposium. Following the event, a post-Symposium survey will be issued, and upon its completion, the finalized attendee list will be provided to you automatically.
