FANA has secured a limited number of rooms at a discounted rate of $249/night + tax (single/double) plus a $20/night plus tax resort fee over the dates of the conference. This discounted rate is available until Thursday, September 4, 2025, or until the block sells out. Reserve your room online or call 800-266-9432. Be sure to ask for the FANA 2025 Annual Meeting discounted rate.
*ALERT* FANA does not use a third-party housing or travel service company. If you are contacted by anyone in regards to a hotel reservation, please note they are not endorsed by FANA. Despite their claims, they do not have access to our negotiated discounted rates. If you make a reservation with an outside company, FANA cannot guarantee your reservation is valid.

CE CREDITS
Following the meeting, you will receive an email with instructions to submit your credit information. FANA reports all credits to both AANA and CE Broker. To receive your credits, you must complete a survey that includes evaluations for each session attended.
In order to receive credit, you must provide your AANA number at the time of registration. Don't know your AANA number? Click the link below to look up your number.

|
When and where will the conference be held?
The 2025 Annual Meeting will be held at the JW Marriott Orlando Bonnet Creek Resort & Spa, located in Orlando, Florida, from October 3-5, 2025. Please click here for directions.

What should I wear?
During the day, anything from business to resort casual dress is appropriate. Evening attire is at your discretion.
How much is parking?
Valet parking is $50 per day. Self-parking is $35 per day.
Will there be Wi-Fi?
Guestroom wireless internet is included in the resort fee. FANA has complimentary wireless internet in the meeting space.
Besides sessions, what events are happening?
On Friday evening, the FANA 2025 Annual Meeting will kick off with our Welcome Reception with Exhibitors. On Saturday evening, the Annual Resident College Bowl will take place. Bragging rights will be up for grabs. Immediately following the College Bowl, the PAC Party will conclude the evening. There will be food, drinks, and games! How do I confirm my hotel reservation?
In order to confirm your reservation, please CLICK HERE to book online or call 800-266-9432. Please note, FANA Headquarters is unable to view your reservations. If you make your reservation by phone, be sure to mention the FANA 2025 Annual Meeting for the discounted room rate.
When is the hotel cutoff date?
The cut-off date for hotel reservations is Thursday, September 4, 2025. For more information on the FANA discounted rate and how to book, please view the Hotel Information section.
What is the cancellation policy?
A refund less a $100 processing fee will be given for full or daily cancellations received by September 4, 2025, upon written request to FANA. A refund less a $50 processing fee will be given through September 4, 2025, for a Student or Retired/Emeritus registration. After September 4, 2025, or for no-shows at the meeting, NO refund will be given. Requests must be submitted by email to [email protected]. The processing fees are as follows:
- $100.00 for Full and Daily registrations
- $50.00 for Student and Emeritus registrations
Does FANA report my credits?
FANA reports all credits to AANA and CE Broker. In order to receive credits, you must complete a survey with evaluations for each session.
