 Thank you for your interest in exhibiting or sponsoring at FANA’s 2025 Annual Meeting! Participating as an exhibitor or sponsor offers valuable benefits. On site, you’ll have the chance to showcase your latest products, offer live demonstrations, and increase brand visibility among both CRNAs and RRNAs.
Even before the exhibit hall opens, FANA will actively promote your company through the event website, mobile app, and electronic communications. All meal functions—including boxed lunches—are included to maximize networking opportunities throughout the event.
EXHIBIT BOOTH OPPORTUNITIES
Secure one (1) complimentary 6' table in the Exhibit Hall with two chairs and small wastebasket, two (2) complimentary company representative exhibitor registrations, company name on Meeting registration site and Meeting mobile app, Exhibitor recognition on print and electronic promotional materials, and pre- and post-Meeting attendee lists. Please note, electricity is not included.

September 18 All advertisements due including mobile app push notification and custom page in mobile app (if applicable). Bingo Cards will be submitted for printing. Any submissions made AFTER September 18 will not be included on the Bingo Card.

Is my company a good fit to exhibit or sponsor?
How do I register to become a sponsor or exhibitor?
"Click Here to become an Exhibitor or Sponsor" to access the online registration form. You will first need to log in to your FANA account or create an account to fill out the form.
If the sponsorship option you were interested in is not listed, it has already been reserved.
You will need your company website, description, and logo readily available to complete the form. For payment, you can pay via credit card using the online payment portal, or you can select the "invoice me" option to mail in a check. An invoice will automatically be sent to the email used to register.
How many attendees does FANA anticipate?
We typically have 400-450 attendees for our in-person Annual Meeting and we just keep growing! Based on previous years, approximately 40% of attendees are CRNAs and 60% are RRNAs. While our Annual Meeting attracts more RRNAs than CRNAs, exhibitors and sponsors still see strong ROI. These emerging professionals are the future of anesthesiology—and building brand recognition with them now can lead to long-term loyalty as well as influence their future purchasing decisions.
What should I provide as a door prize?
Exhibitors and sponsors are encouraged to provide a prize such as a gift card or product to give away during the prize break on the last day. Drawings will be held and your prize will be awarded to an attendee who visits all exhibitor tables and completes the Exhibitor Bingo card.
What is a "complimentary push notification" in the mobile app?
This is a text message-like notification sent to all event app users. The notification is limited to 145 characters and is scheduled during a peak time for exhibitor or sponsor traffic. This notification is meant for text-only and we do not recommend using any custom links.
What is the cancellation policy?
A refund less a $100 processing fee will be available for exhibit space cancellations if written notification is received by FANA Headquarters by September 5, 2025. Send email cancellation requests to [email protected]. No refunds will be available for exhibit space or sponsorship cancellation requests received after September 5, 2025. In the event that the program is canceled or postponed due to circumstances beyond FANA's control, we will not be responsible for any travel costs or expenses, including cancellation/change penalties assessed by airlines, travel agencies or hotels.
Please note, FANA cannot guarantee delivery of sponsored/logo items if sponsorship is not paid in full by September 5, 2025. This applies to imprinted items such as tote bags and lanyards.
